Kolshet Creek - Scenic spot in Thane - Thane, India

Very peaceful. Nice place with a good view, perfect place to go away from city noise. Litter is there but you just have to see beyond it, it doesn't bother much.

Beautiful Creek to see migratory birds between Oct to Mar. Lot of people come here for walk, run and cycling. There is always breeze which can freshen up the mood. It's advisable to not stay late in the evening as mosquitoes start biting and auto rickshaws are not easily available. There is bus stop near but the buses are limited

This place has been my little escape from the concrete jungle. I love to spend time around water bodies it gives me a sense of calmness and peace. This place helps me through it as I only live minutes away from here I ofter visit here after my works hours. It has started getting crowded on weekends thats a sad part but what can be done. There are also multiple dhaba's around the place one can definitely visit if craving fine food.

The creek is spacious and nice. The park near the creek is fabulous. Once you enter the park it is a different world altogether. Good place to chill for a couple of hours.

Beautiful place to have walk and fresh air by creek side watching lovely sunrise and sunsets with mangroves. Earlier the place was in a shabby place but now it is nicely renovated and one can spend a good time with friwnd and family. Parking is free and ample space available. No good eateries nearby. Need to get at some distance for edibles and water. The shaded space is also there which can help in rain or scorching weather.

Good place to relax. Very peaceful. They should pay more attention to cleanliness. Good place for photos. Not very crowded but I'd suggest to go in the afternoon when there's hardly anyone. If you are going by vehicle then go in the early afternoon otherwise you won't get place to park. Entry is free. There's a public washroom which obviously is unhygienic and it stinks.

This place have lots of fun there are many types of restaurant and park and this is best time to visit with your family and friends
