I'm happy with the results from Kolors. I did everything they told me and went to every session. The staff was nice and helpful, and they helped me lose weight and eat better. The diet plan they gave me was awesome and I stuck to it all the time. Kolors rocks!

Kolors Centre Adyar has a great team of therapists and counsellors who provide great service to the clients. They provide proper consultation for our requirement and guide us with the proper weightloss theraphies and also provide the appropriate diet consultations. My special mention to Ms Mohana dietician for giving me proper diet plans and regularly following up with my theraphies and session which is enabling me to get back to my shape.
