Good experience of Watching Bisorjan 2023 from boat, conducted by Jupiter travel. Nice ambience with live music and Unlimited snacks on boat. I liked the fact that boat was not very crowded. Suggestion: - Better snacks quality. - Increase time by 30 mins and bring boat closer to the ghats, if possible.
Great all day pandal hopping tour and idol immersion river cruise for Durga Puja, led by knowledgeable guides and competent staff. The pandal hopping guide, Vinay, was friendly and warm and the manager Priyanka kept everything running smoothly on both the pandal hopping and evening cruise. The tours are attended almost entirely by Bengali locals and Indian tourists, but they were accommodating and welcoming to a non-Indian, English speaking solo traveler (I may have been the first). Guides spoke Bengali, Hindi, and English. Definitely a good option for avoiding the heavy foot traffic the festival draws. The tours were child and elderly friendly. The food was good and they had options for everyone. A good tour for those who want to see how locals celebrate the festival. If the weather forecast calls for rain, be sure to bring an umbrella!
I went on Banedi Barir Durga Pujo conducted tour on 21.10.23 with Jupiter Travels and at the end of the day I was glad for having chosen the group. The staff was friendly, helpful and cooperative and the guide helped us to understand the essence of the sites we visited. The food was very good and wholesome. We were taken every care of. There were elderly people in the group and we're well looked after. I will be willing to join further tours with the group.
I availed of the Bonedi barir pujo trip on Maha Saptami. It was quite well arranged. However towards the latter half too much dependence on the Google map led the driver to miss the parking spot for lunch at ICCR which delayed the entire trip by 40 to 50 minutes. Trust the same wil be rectified in subsequent trips. The tour guide Jaswal was amazing. He added the personal touch by his warm behaviour towards everyone and ensured everyone's comfort. His narration also was splendid. Learnt many new things. Kudos. Strongly recommending .
Staff is very punctual. And very cooperative during travel. Understands customer requirements and makes plan for travel during Puja as per customer's requests.. highly recommended
Beautiful experience best time to tour 9 am to 5 pm best to take local drivers if you are outside of Kolkata as they know the parking spot.

Goddess Durga pandal was excellent. Mainly people speak in Bengali so took time to get what's happening for local people. The food stalls offer good variety, but with a premium price.
