I delivered 2nd baby normally with the support of Dr vijayalakshmi mam in kola saraswathi Agarwal health center .Though my 1st child birth is c_secession .She gave me the confidant and encouragement of normal birth, thankful for my unexpected normal birth. Dr Ravishankar (Paed) sir also took care about my child and advised care of child & vaccination to be given ,to once again I thankful to Dr vijayalakshmi mam and Dr Ravishankar sir . l feel like a house till my admission period and nurses cares a lot and manager takes the role and help to move the next level of registration method .Receptionist too comfortable withus

Hospital takes advantage in the name of charity hospital for in patients for all different heads in the dictionary by charging exhorbitently . In patients are forced to pay very very high charges compared to A class hospitals . Management trustees names , addresses or contact numbers also are not available . At the time of admission mis guidance for charges . Very very authorative cash and nursing personnel . Don't ever admit any patient

Can't even mark a single star to this hospital worst ever management and inhumanity nurses, dutydoctor especially Receptionist the fat dusky lady. Before writing the comments read few reviews most of the review where pointed on the dusky lady receptionist really can't understand till now why the management as not taken a action on this lady The female lady receptionist as the worst ever attitude, which really made irritated litterally wanted to talk that harsh to her, she thinks as if the hospital is her own property and we are in for a free treatment,not really a professional female to work in the frontier if she is being continue dam sure no one would come even for an emergency and I really want the managey email id to complain in this female what she as done to me as it's confidential I really don't want to write here NO CONSULTATION RECEIPT was provided .

It's a charitable trust hospital. Service is good. Lesser fees comparing to other hospitals. Doctors and nurses are kind except for a dark skinned lady receptionist. She thinks as though she is running the hospital. She is inhumane, just avoid her. Rest everything is fine.

A good hospital . Cleanliness is always maintained at the highest level. Prices are reasonable . They always have a master health check up offer going on for 999 , it is worth it and good. The staff are very courteous and friendly , they treat the patients very nicely and are there to support you at every step .

Feel like home...I had my delivery with Dr. Dechamma...very supportive and friendly.... Hospital atmosphere is very nice and neat...Thank you kola for every thing....

There are few basics things i would like to highlight here: 1. Lack of experienced/knowledge doctors 2. Doctor prescription bill doesn't have enough doctor details. This is the basic thing that Doctor name and his/her registration number should be clear when they prescribe something to patients and they didnt print doctor's seal as well. 3. Doctors not replying properly, when i ask for Doctors registration number/seal for my insurance claiming purpose(which is mandatory). They behaving very rudely and had me to wait for few hours but didn't get the details for which i waited for. Both recepnist and doctor doesn't have basic sense and had very childish reply from doctor as 'I will not give my registration number simply. Because i had to complete my 5 years of course very hardly and comes to this position'. I am not even understand that what else i can do with their registration number and its basic details should be in prescription bill and not all sure why they hesitate to provide doctor registration number ( i am doubted whether they handling the patients without completing the course ) Because of it my total claiming amount around 3000 rs were lost. Please be aware there are lots of good hospitals available in chennai and dont waste your money to get into the hospitals like this.

Treatment is delaying.... doctors outsidela irundu vanthu pakurathala Treatment delay panrangka ...Treatment fees compared to other hospital just few amount only difference. But hospitalla soillurathu compare to other hospital only half rate this is not true...my father kidney stone removing( lazer treatment) charge in kola sarasvathi hospital rs 35000 without medicine other hospital 37000 only....
