very small room, not clean room. Reception guy is very irritating. I don't recommend this hotel to family. Owner lady calls after bad review to change it and make positive review for them to get more customers. I am sorry Owner Madam. Double think when you are going to book here.. Try other better options. It is not worthy for 850rs.
Very Bad Experiance overall they have switched our rooms when we arrived and 3 persons forced to stay congested by paying extra ... Terrible room service with unpleasant employees who made this hotel a living hell... Worst ever experience had in my entire life....
A reception area could be placed below!?????. If u are coming for the first time, there will be confusion, why are the front office staff sitting on the top?If you ask 100 people, you will understand ac rooms and reception at the top. Bad arranging(The entrence space is empty and there is no reception).When I stayed there, a lady spoke very loudly(owner lady)and behaved in a very unmannered manner. Rooms are clean but the bedsheet strained (blood stain I think).Biju at the reception is not active at all lazy man. He even calls someone else to show the room(atleast hire active person). Worst experience I had.
Rooms were clean and it is very near to Aluva railway station. But no food service are there, for everything you have to go out and get

Neat and clean hotel for stay. Near to Aluva railway station walkable distance of 300m only. Same distance to KSRTC bus stand. Homely atmosphere. Hotel staff very helpful. Provided breakfast. Hot water was available. Aluva metro station is around 2 km from here. Easy to get vehicles from this place. Good vegetarian and non vegetarian hotels are nearby.
