My whole family were very much satisfied with your over all services and hospitality. Helping nature of staffs, ontime arrangements, proper maintenance of ambiance, good cleanliness was fabulous. The taste , quantity and quality of food was amazing. Our friends and family appreciated us for choosing the best party hall, decoration, food, arrangements and all. I must say our dream came true... We celebrated our son bday in klase hotel. The service provided by them was excellent. Especially the quality and taste of the food was vera level. Most recommended place. Special thanks to Geetha mam, who responded great and been with us from start till end. She took care of everything. We enjoyed the event.
Location is very bad. You have to walk for 10 minutes to reach bus/auto/train/metro station. No shop us available nearby hotel premises. Underground bar is too much expensive. Now, the main twist is they booked room with breakfast and 1 meal, but they will serve only veg meal. This booking option should be for both veg and non-veg. How can someone get to know he will be served veg after booking done with meal option.
NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL Hi, I'm writing on behalf of my father who tried to check in to this hotel earlier today morning to which the hotel staff said they don't have a room available yet, come after 12PM. So he left his luggage there and came back in the evening, the staff said they still don't have a room. We had a reservation in this hotel but they had no rooms available. Why would you let someone reserve a room when you don't have an availability. After a long flight and a long working day, nobody wants to deal with such unprofessional and disrespectful staff.
We went to heights, the rooftop restaurant offers limited menu. The place was romantic and great view of road, railroad and airplanes.. Food was good and waiting time there for every food. Overall had good experience with friends.
Excellent location, with amazing view and good food. The only downside is, it is a small hotel. So it lacks the grandness. If rebuilt it can easily become one of the excellent hotel in the city
We could not get the room for fully paid booking. 2 nights stay booked with 100% payment. No room is allotted. Continuous fight, Dusty and Mosquito room was allotted after 9 PM. We are forced to pass this night as sleepless one and planning to run away from this property morning as early as possible.
Ambience was good, worst food ever tasted, except chicken steak nothing tastes good. Especially Golden Prawn fry costs 899rs but literally tastes prawn bajji that too prawn had very Raw smell and very hard to chew. Buffalo chicken wings tasted like pocketed frozen food.
