I have been working at KJ Systems for the past 3 years, and I don't plan on changing companies anytime soon. Despite being a frontend designer, I have learned a lot about "software engineering" during my time here. (from Devops to Databases, and IIS to Firebase) The management is excellent and always encourages better talent. They have a performance bonus fund, and you can be eligible for a bonus if you catch an interesting bug, solve a known issue in code, optimize the database, or reduce infrastructure costs. I have only gone to the office for parties in the last 3 years, or when I get bored working from home. It is truly a remote job. There is a lot of scope to grow your career in various fields at KJ Systems.

Iam working in a kj systems, This is the best company around Vijayawada. And company offers a very good package for freshers. Iam learned a more and iam the One can learn new things technically. Each and every employee will have the direct communication with higher management. And iam really reccomanded that kj is one of the best one for a freshers and experienced.

Kj system and pavan param kusam DB Head (illiterate - interview him again, if CEO kumara has a brain). These people are deleting my review, to hide their negativity. New people, don't join or you'll regret. They don't give experience certificate or also pavan paramkusam DB Head (illiterate) suggest me to take fake experience letter.

Don't join this company. They will terminate employees with silly reasons. I've a bond period of 3 years and terminated within 1 year with silly reason. Experience letter, offer letter will also not provided by the company. Database Head Pavan Param Kusam (I wondered how company is keeping him has a database head, he doesn't have any knowledge, incapable. CEO doesn't have any decision making skills, because he was keeping these illiterate people in the company) suggest me to take Fake experience letter and said search another job. Worst company.

Don't Join in this worst company especially Freshers who wanted to start their career please don't join in this Fake company and don't fall into the loop. They will not provide any trainer and remove the trainees within a week. They doesn't have minimum professionalism while dealing with Trainees.

They are hiring freshers but they didn't provide any trainer and also with in one month they reject that freshers. If thy want employees they have to interview the people with high standards.don't wast time for others.
