Kings Cross Residency - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

I had booked 8 rooms for my guest at kings cross last week. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The services were excellent. Our guest enjoyed their stay and the complimentary buffet breakfast was superb. Thanks to Mrs Samima, staff for all the hospitality from the day of booking.

I was staying at Kings Cross Residency Adyar, Chennai for 3 days from 15 to 18 Nov 23. The staffs at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean. Their complimentary breakfast was good. The room service was excellent. I would like to specially thank Mrs.Samima, the supervisor who was friendly, polite and excellent in customer service. I had an afternoon flight back to Singapore on 18 Nov 23. But unfortunately due to heavy traffic i reached the airport late and missed the flight. I rebooked the night flight back to Singapore on the same day and I immediately called Mrs.Samima to ask her if she could let me stay in my room till 7pm since my check out time was till 9.30pm. She checked with her superior and she told me i could stay in the same room till 7pm. I am very grateful and thankful to Mrs.Samima and to her superior, (whom i forgot the name) for their understanding and for being very thoughtful to let me stay in the room without charging a single penny. Booked hall for family function. It is mandatory that you have to order food from them. Food ok but no proper service. Also shortage of some food items even before our actual headcount limit reached. We have booked 3 rooms also, which was nice and breakfast also gud.

I regret to say that my experience at Kings Residency Mini Party Hall was highly unsatisfactory. The pricing did not align with the value provided, service quality was subpar, and management was lacking. The insistence on using their recommended photographers and decorators felt pushy. Additionally, the method of calculating party hall cost based on food head count did not meet expectations in terms of value for money.

Booked hall for Birthday. Very Poor Hall Service. The Dining Has No proper AC. The manager is very lethargic and they do not give a damn about providing proper decoration and sound service.

Organized baby shower function at Kings Cross Residency. Overall feedback is good. The staffs are cooperative in nature especially the manager Mr. Suresh cooperated very well.

The party hall looks great, and the services provided were great. The food served in the function was very good in taste, almost most of my relatives and friends have expressed the same, without asking it. This party hall is very good for any gatherings of about 75 persons. I recommend it. Thanks.

Stayed in this residency for 4 days , its a safe place to stay very close to Besant nagar church, beach etc and complementry breakfast was good. Thanks to Samima ma'am a lady on toes with quick approach. Continue your good job ma'am. Request u to appoint a few more house keepers. Hope to visit Chennai again. Thank u
