Time and time again I have consulted dr shameem begum for myself , friends and relatives and the medications she prescribed were found to be so effective. The clinic is so well maintained and there is ample parking as well . The pharmacy is well stocked and the staff courteous and polite. Great going.

Great healthcare facility. All the staff from management to clinical staff are pleasant, cooperative and very customer focused. My mother is a chronic patient and extensively uses their homecare services. One phone call is all it takes to get the required service at your doorstep. Great service by Saji and her team!

Best in Trivandrum.. This was my second time in kims hospital According to hospital service the prices are good. I recommend/suggest for high risk pregnancy do pls go ahead with kims hospital/east building.. -doctors/nurses are caring understanding the present condition of patient -fees are not costly as per service -high risk scan reports are very detailed -restaurant food is good -help desks are helpful/administratively easy -totally very clean environment Dr brinda was very helpful and caring during our visit and also Dr madhavis session was a very helpful for future..thanks a lot

its a good clinic. Even the staffs and the Dr's are really friendly and humble. Only negative side is that they don't give us the prescription, instead it goes to their own medical store. id rather prefer buy the medicines online at better price or other medical stores

As patients, we trust hospitals to adhere to their vision and mission and provide us with the best possible care. However, my experience at KIMS Hospital has shattered that trust. I feel let down and disappointed by the lack of care and attention provided to me during this challenging time at gynecology department. Due to that, I lost my two babbies

Doctors and staff has no problem keeping the patients wait for hours for no reason. Absolutely no respect to the appointments.

KIMS Kuravankonam has become our "family" hospital. The staff is cordial and the doctors even more. The one thing I want to call out is how the doctors patiently explain things to patients...which is something I haven't seen anywhere else. Doctors usually rattle off a ton of things which non-medical ppl barely understand...and then stuff a sack of medicines that will cure all those issues. At KIMS, I have never experienced a rish from the doctors to make you consume a lot of meds. They are more about preventives and "let's not start of antibiotics now, let's see if these milder pills give relief", which itself is a relief. I want to especially call out Dr Namita (Gen physician), the Cardiologist and the Dental department, esp Dr Rini (who has now left) and Mridula the assistant dentist. Thank you KIMS Kuravankonam for being genuinely caring and caring for us. They are like family!
