Worst place. The owner is a cheater. He advises his employees to cheat. i booked the room in agoda and i have done full payment. when i went there and as it was season, the reception guy told rooms are not available and he told me owner is not available and if you want to complaint, you can go and complaint anywhere. Owner is not bothered what happens here. Not even worth for one STAR. Dont book this hotel.

Worst place to stay.Recently checked in from this worst place and it don't have proper services and even it has very bad bathrooms with frogs crawling.This hotel should be closed. Also, there are no other utility services. The owner has very rude and eccentric behaviour

I had booked the ticket online through agoda. I had called the owner in the morning for check in in afternoon. But the owner said that he will not give me the room and if he will give then he will take 800 extra otherwise he told me that he can give us another room in the same price. Then confirmed that ok I will stay. When I reached in hotel the room of the hotel is not in condition for staying. When I had told me to the owner, the owner had said me we don't have time of with agoda. And I will not give the room and misbehaving us. So the behaviour and the room was so disgusting.

We checked into Kiara bnb for three nights and four days, and i must say- the rooms are very much upto the standards with a fully functioning A/C, fan, and charging points. The room was given to us after being cleaned, and we did not have any problem with the service. Washroom is clean as well and they provided towels upon our arrival. Overall our experience was very peaceful, and the manager, Kunal was very accommodating. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming. This space is located very close to good cafes, restaurants, and the beach. If you're looking for a peaceful, yet affordable experience to stay, this is a good option.

Kiara Hotel is a wonderful place to stay at. Any visitors coming to Goa can surely look forward to this place if they are looking for comfortable stay in good location. Amidst the faura and fauna of Vagator beach, this place makes a safe haven for tourists coming from all around the world. If you want to come Goa and looking for good budget friendly place, you can get all amenities here

Worst place to stay. They did not offer me the room i booked and i got sick in the room provided. Everything is broken there and in worst conditions. I left 2 days early and owner Harish tricked me saying he would return the amount. His excuses were he can't read QR code shared. Pathetic hotel. Do not go there or you are ruining your trip experiences

Long story short: They took my money without giving me the room that I booked. More details: It was December 30 and I booked this hotel online while I was walking there. When I arrived, I had to wait for an older couple who were checking in (totally normal) and when came my turn they told me that they were full (they probably booked my room to this couple). They ask me to cancel my booking on the booking site to be refund and I had to find somewhere else to go. The booking company has been trying to reach them many times without success to confirm the situation. Two weeks later, the only thing I know is that my refund is refused because they reported me as a no show instead of being refused at my arrival because all the rooms were already taken. Now I have to take procedure with my credit card company to cancel this transaction. Thank you for giving me all this trouble while I am supposed to be in vacation. P.S.1: The hotel is a bit hard to find because the localisation in Agoda was not exact. If I remember well, on Google map neither (not sure). P.S.2: The identification of the hotel is not clear at all. I had to ask if I was at the right place. I don't know if they fixed this issue. P.S.3: Just in case that someone question if I was really at the right place: yes, eventhough it was not properly identified I am sure that I've been at the right place because they confirmed me and I recognize without any doubt the pictures of the hotel on google map and on the booking app.
