Khorika - The ethnic restaurant - Assamese restaurant in Tezpur - Sonitpur, India

Food was not upto the mark as compared to the other kharika ethnic restaurant chain it was just ok there is no waw factor....I was little disappointed to khow that they didn't have any thali option available when I visited as they told me that it was late that is why they didn't have any thali available it was only 9pm when I visited..

One of the best places to have food with family and friends in Tezpur city. Good food. One of the best Assamese thali I had. Good taste. Better quality and quantity. Good ambience. The sitting arrangement is outstanding. The way they arranged the dining table is marvelous. Better service. Have to wait a little bit after ordering. But the wait is worth it. I had vegetable thali, broiler chicken curry, rohu fish curry with tomato and potato and small fish fry. I will recommend all the mentioned food. It was that good. Have UPI payment option.

I visited khorika here on 29/6/2023 for first time and my experience was not so good,I ordered two Assamese Thali and Pork gravy after 25 minutes my order arrived and while eating no one came and asked t kiba lagibo neki,I have to call the waiter bhat aru dall anibo,Neat and clean place also toilet but no fan available in other tables,No Parking place too. Food is less spicy and price is slightly on higher side

We payed 160 for the same thali that was served at 99. With the same items. It was disappointing to see the resturant degrading as it was once my favourite spot. The food was cold and tasted something I would eat while I'm sick.

This place is average in terms of the taste, quality and quantity of the food.

As the name tells the ethnicity of the restaurant is just amazing . The best veg thali in tezpur we have tried the local chicken , broiler and panner too chicken curry is not up to the mark but local chicken is just too good and so as the paneer .

Great Assamese food. We had their non-veg thali which came with chicken and fish. We also ordered their pork n bamboo shoot dry fry and small fish fry. 20 minutes wait from order. Has parking.

We had a very terrible experience today. We went to have thali but thali was not available. Thali is the main and signature item of restaurants like this and its non-availability was very disappointing. But even worse was the service. A more cordial and cooperative service is required in such a reputed place. We had to order plain rice which was priced same as a thali but on running out of rice, you would have to order another one which didn't make any sense. Specially since it's the restaurant's responsibility for the unavailability of thali. A lot of item, specially the tandoor items, were not available. We kept asking about the next availability of thali but didn't get a hood response whereas the table mext to us order thalis and the order was taken.
