Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Kids Gymnastics Teacher I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the kids gymnastics teacher at this facility. The teacher has demonstrated egoistic behavior, lacks proper manners in dealing with a 3.5-year-old child, and seems more interested in financial gains than genuine teaching. My concerns include the teacher's reluctance to actively engage with my child, opting instead to delegate instruction to a small girl in the class. This not only raises questions about the teacher's commitment but also poses a potential risk to my child's learning experience and the physical body harm since other small girl is as new/inexperienced as my 3.5 yr kid Furthermore, I find it highly unprofessional that despite charging fees for a full 1-hour batch, the actual class duration ranges between 25-30 minutes. This falls significantly short of the promised time, and coupling it with the use of another child as an instructor is both unacceptable and unsafe. In conclusion, I believe this teacher lacks the necessary experience and professionalism to handle young children effectively. I recently observed a kids gymnastics class, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The gymnastics teacher appeared unprofessional, often delegating tasks to a young girl in the class rather than taking charge. It seemed like he was more interested in extracting money than professionally delivering the scope of work. This not only raised concerns about the safety and quality of instruction but also left a negative impression on the overall professionalism of the class. Parents should be cautious about enrolling their children in such programs. Moreover Mr. Surya is highly arrogant and egoistic personality which is not a suitable choice specifically where small kids of 3 to 7 yrs are concern
