Very very bad experience in store shopping..... yesterday we purchase the chain then we gave them the GRT gold coin to melt.... But they stole 200ml gram gold while they melt its worth about 1500 rs and they dindt give any company discount and they try to cheat the discount and proper explanation to also......
Worst Customer Service @ Salem Khazana if u buy for minimum amount they will treat one type..if you buy for more they will treat one type...when I purchased for my baby ear rings and asked for reduce the amount/rounded off he said ninga vangndhey 1gm dhana sir like that..na kekren oru gram dhana thuki velia podunga pakalam.... before everything customer service important understand..
It is good. Reasonable rates. Polite staff. Wastage and making charges only 7% for solid items like chains and bangles. Comparing with other shops wastage is less here.

very worst quality, for example i have bought gold jeweler in tnagar khazana showroom, that gold has broken when we shaking that happens in show room itself, so that they replaced that gold,
and dont joing saving schema, nothing use after try to claim.
Staff are really patient and answer all the questions with a smile. But they don't reduce the VA charges even after lot of bargain.
One of the worst Staffs i never ever seen in a Jewellery shop. Had a very bad experience in this Khazana Jewellery shop located in Salem opposite to new bustand. Guys please check your GOLD weights before paying your money and double check with any other 2 weighing machines. Yesterday bought a coins gives XX.00 weight but the staff put xx.01 weight on a bill and payed the money rechecked the weight at cash bill counter gives xx.00 weight, the sale guy put extra xx.01 - 10 milligrams more weight on the bill. If we ask the question suddenly all the working staffs gathered and pointing fingers for a verbal fight. Night mare experience for me. Simply they told weight increase due to air fluctuation in a A/C environment. There are unacceptable behaviours and comments from the sales staffs. Guys be aware of your purchase gold weights and double check 2 times with other weighing machines to increase the weight staffs simply put pressure on machine and fastway closing the weigh machine door ... very night mare experience. As a NRI i always prefare chennai shops, first time tried local town salem shop. My best advice please avoid this shop. very poor behaviour from staffs every where in sales & chashier & billing . very very wort experience.
