Easy to access....... In front of railway station and boys stand. All the employees are very cooperative and works well. Campus of this post office is good and environment friendly.
The postman doesn't come to deliver any item . He once returned my passport and I had to pay 2500 fine . Now today he returned Rakhi sent by my sister citing not received and the fact is , he never came to deliver these items . And there is no online complaint portal . I will have to go there to file a complaint .
Which is nearer from DANAPUR railway station to Khagaul post office 300m only. its Subpost Office, [SO] staff's are not friendly manner. They handle your parcel without care. If you wants to send a letter, write the address correctly with more visble form and then give it to them because sometimes they are typing wrongly. Always track/see your consignment where it is because they sometimes not deliver your parcel So if your letter arrived in the post office go fast and get it.(if the letter is most important one). Very average. Need friendly improvement !
