The place being a public place was good but too crowded which also justifies it as a very busy junction. Danapur is connected to metropolitan areas of India by the Delhi-Kolkata main line via the Mughalsarai-Patna route. It is in Khagaul city about 6 km from Danapur Cantonment, in Patna district in the Indian state of Bihar. It has 5 platforms and almost every train has a stopage here.

It is a station maintaining excellent stature, the trains are on time and buying tickets is here is incredibly easy. But the mess dining hall food is not up to the mark and I had expected a clean dormitory but the one of the walls was damped. Lastly I would say yes it is a good place but if you are planning to stay here for a short while then don't forget to bring your own toiletries because to buy them you have to leave the station.

I m here for 1st time at night experience good but not like patna junction in all cases but it is better then other stations in Patna. Cleaning could be better.

Not at all well maintained, I really don't understand how they've designed this station utter wastage of land and resources, the washrooms at the station are disgusting the walls are all painted with paan n spit , the parking lot is owned by some contractor who asks for money unnecessarily and is way too rowdy and disrespectful towards elderly, overall worst experience..
