KFC - Restaurant in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

We had nice experience in this kfc outlet. The chicken tasted good and the service was quick as well. The seating area was moderate. The washrooms were clean and smelled okay. But one thing I didn't like was that there was a huge dustbin right in the seating area. It didn't give off any smell but still it should have been outside the outlet.

This is the worst KFC franchise I have visited so far. 1. Food is horrible. Chicken was not cooked properly. They charged 25 rs for cheese and didn't even added a slice on the burger, just some sprinkles. (Photos attached) 2. Very dirty. Seats, floors are not cleaned properly. Food crumbs everywhere. I am giving 2 stars for service because the service lady was polite although she added fries in my meal without asking me and charged me extra.

Came at 7 p.m. Ordered Chicken Roll. They say it's sold out. The business has to still pick up for the evening. I hope the staff is not eating the chicken rolls themselves as the place was virtually empty when I visited.

It's was seriously Finger Lickin' Good

So I remember this was one of first KFC s in Guwahati and we were all so hyped up and it was a really nice place to go with friends and family, the staff were soo pleasant to talk to, food was good, service was extremely good, ambience was nice and clean. It was a go to place. But look at the condition now and how everything has deteriorated. The staff are so unprofessional now, unwelcoming and sometimes rude when handing out the food tray. The ambience feels dirty. It just feels off to go there now, so disappointed.

We ordered the zinger meal and only the fries and the chicken was good. Rest everything tasted horrible and on top of that even the burger bun wasn't toasted. The worst KFC experience I ever had. Won't recommend it to anyone going in there

Horrible experience.. Nothing here is like kfc what I know... Bunch of fraudsters sitting at the counter. I ordered veg meal. That girl charged me for burger, large coke and large fries without asking me ... When asked she said normal size coke is not available...only large coke is available... While there were normal cups kept there which I saw.... At the end she did not even give me the remaining change... She said she does not have change... While i saw she had change in the money drawer... I did not want to create a scene there as I was with my mother ... So i decided to take it here... The incident took place at kfc gs road near bhartiya jalpan... On 25 September 2023 at 8:00 pm approximately... My order no. Was 4983... Kfc management should really look into it.

Pathetic condition. Management is not upto standard. AC was not working. Very unprofessional staff which is also a result of ill management. Food quality is also degraded. We received fries that were dried and hardened, chicken bucket which has lost freshness and served cold. The worst experience ever had on a KFC which is called a "multinational chain". The doors and bathroom mirror had stains. Even the bathroom of petrol pumps are way cleaner than this KFC. The staff were busy closing down the outlet when there were customers inside whom they had to attend to. Roadside dhaba will give a far more better hospitality than your Christian Basti KFC outlet. Seriously needs a renovation or shutdown of the outlet.
