The mistakes and shortcomings I encountered during my order have left me with a negative impression of the establishment. Firstly, despite ordering the Ultimate Savings Bucket, I was disappointed to find that it did not come with the promised mayo dips and Pepsi. This lack of attention to detail and failure to provide the complete package was quite frustrating. Additionally, there was a mix-up with the sizes of my popcorn and fries. Instead of receiving the large popcorn and medium fries that I had ordered, I received a medium popcorn and large fries. Such mistakes not only affected the overall value I expected from my order but also showcased a lack of care in fulfilling customer requests accurately. To make matters worse, even though I paid for a double chicken roll, I received a classic chicken roll instead. This discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received showcases a disregard for customer preferences and satisfaction. Overall, my experience with KFC Agartala was incredibly disappointing. The numerous mistakes and discrepancies in my order have left me questioning the establishment's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to reconsider dining at KFC Agartala, as my negative experience has significantly impacted their reputation in my eyes.

Usual KFC, nothing new to say about their food. I always enjoy their meal. Staffs are kind and helpful. Plenty of space on the 1st floor, recommend for large groups but self-service.

I am a regular KFC customer, so I have recently ordered 2 Ultimate Bucket and surely the experience is not good. I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is worst and the chicken is ROTTEN. I would suggest the food quality team to check and take necessary action for the chicken ussd in this branch. To make it even worse it is not even close to authenticity. You should not call yourself a KFC restaurant. The quantity of food feels ridiculous, as the chicken is rotten and black from inside. I urge the KFC Quality team to have a quality check on this branch.

Its really nice crispy and yammy especially with Cocacola . Once in a year i try it with my friends .

The taste is no more like the original kfc,the taste was worst ,Not worhty,Street foods are far more better

Don't get me wrong but I heard some rumour about agartala kfc worker who use to arranged food.. they don't even wash their hand properly after using washroom some of the employers are very unhygenic....and also they were quite rude to the new comer workers.... it's that true I just want to know duh!
