Overall the experience was quite smooth and the people behind the desk were very helpful and generous enough. However, the hot and crispy chicken was abit dry, they need to improve their timing of frying for the tenderness of the chicken, rest was totally fine.. Well, I'm a veery huge KFC fan and this outlet might have not disappointed me. The quality of food might have have been better though.
Ordered through Swiggy. Part of the order is missing, the rest of the food stinks. They seem to pass on all old stuff at the end of the day. This borders on cheating. Not expected from a supposedly iconic brand. Beware when ordering online.
