Good Coustomer service friendly atmosphere.. KFC opened recently in Chengannur is undoubtedly one of the best in India. The taste was as per the standards.
Good ambience and great seating capacity.
Well maintained.
The staff were really good.
Very happy this opened when it did, been here multiple times but only reviewing now. Not posting any food images. I'm sure by now people know what to expect for KFC . I would like to just say, they need to have multiple people attend the counter as it gets busy in the evenings especially. Parking is tricky, not much space but could fit as much as possible if the security person guides properly. There is a first floor as well which am yet to explore.
Food and drinks overall very good
Parking space very difficulty
Staffs and service are good and very quality.
World's tastiest chicken ever! That's what KFC is. As most of us know, when KFC came to India, the taste of chicken served doesn't match that in USA. But still, the KFC opened recently in Chengannur is undoubtedly one of the best in India. The taste was as per the standards.
Good ambience and great seating capacity.
Well maintained.
The staff were really good.
Having a separate counter for online food delivery is commentable. This avoids rush in the counter.
NB : Don't forget to request the manager for a kitchen tour! It is available on request.
Staff attitude not good, how to take Care customers he don't known. I am not happy. Give to hospitality training.
The fried chicken is "finger linkin good" , but costly.
I think its best to not go during dinner time because:
1. Spend half time in the queue for ordering! The speed of ordering is very low as the staff were less(I guess).
2. The combo options were not available! The economical(comparatively) options like Group meals or Combo buckets were absent. This is very bad for KFC! We had to buy a per piece of chicken or 4 pieces that cost ~Rs450/4. Comparatively Combo is available @Rs880 thats economical!
In the end instead of Rs900 I had to pay 300 more that too for less items.
3. It's very difficult to find parking. I had to park on the side of the main road which is a little risky!
Pro tip : If you order through swiggy rather than going there you can get it faster
We were happy that an outlet started in Chengannur. We were frequent customers every month. Unfortunately, we have noticed that chicken sizes have reduced, they stopped stocking on cheese which was always served on a zinger and today they served us drinks without straw. If they continue downsizing the food at the same price, and if they don't stock up, it will not be good. You must meet the international standards.
