very bad location. not easy to find out. and the staircase is scary. very dirty place. good staff and services. but unhygienic and dirty waiting area. i seriously wonder why government is not improving its sales points while the main income of GOK is by selling alcohol.

The staff are Rude,we didnot get the time choose our liquor bottles,They don't have good products on affordable price.

I dont know why there is no preference or enough amneties given for those who drinks in kerala. This is another example of a dirty Bevco outlet.

Need a lot of improvement; should be relocated in ground floor with ease of parking and accessibility.

No premium counter and very limited brands.

Very very poor , unwanted creating more problems.. .
