This is one of the best hospitals for maternity in madurai their speciality is they don't force you for cesarean. That's kind of rare quality. They push you for normal delivery and only if your body doesn't permit they ask to go either normal with machine pushing or cesarean. Pricing is bit high but worth for this quality. Staffs can be bit more good at our service but not bad. nurses are helpful and kind doctors too all of them are kind and supportive. Major drawbacks is there is no parking secondary you have to wait atleast half day to meet doctors which is very high waiting time that definitely has to be taken into consideration and should be treated better.

From the beginning of the treatment until the delivery, the medical team, including Dr. Sangamithara, Dr. Keerthana, and Nurse Mercy, provided excellent guidance and support. Their kindness and attentive care made the entire journey, from regular checkups to the joyous moment of our baby boy's arrival, a positive and memorable experience. The best hospital for normal delivery in Madurai is known for its well defined processes that all doctors and nurses follow consistently for all patients. Their primary focus is on attempting a normal delivery, Moreover, the hospital provides good rooms with comfortable amenities, excellent services, and regular routine checkups. Most recommended hospital in the area for pregnancy.

Even the beauty parlour opposite to this place has proper parking. This 'maternity' hospital has no shade or parking for visitors. The hospital staff and doctors are rude and unfriendly. They make patients run around the city to do their scans and tests. Being one of the major hospitals in the area, they should have all the lab and scan facilities or have a list of tests to be done during pregnancy. Every time after coming to the hospital to consult with the doctor, they write something new to be done - echo, blood test, ultra sound in one of their 'favorite' places. This happens after waiting hours in the queue. If these are regular tests in certain months, guests should be notified earlier. The only communication happens is at the hospital. No other mode to preplan the visit. They run the hospital like it is 1960s. Everyone, the doctors, nurses, office staff and especially the billing desk staff - all are rude. They sound like they hate the visitors. To summarise 1) No parking 2) No bills, if not asked. 3) No G Pay 4) No appointment/token/queue management system 5) No patient case management system 6) No patient friendliness left with hospital staff 7) No food/cantine for the admitted 8) No respect for the pregnant people's time and their routine. You are expected to sit all day without food to meet doctors. 9) No proactive communication from hospital.

Hospital is very nice, my sister had normal delivery here. I recommend this hospital to all pregnant women.
