Visited the clinic for laser hair removal. Staff there is very knowledgeable and educated me about the whole process. Poonam is really skilled and made me comfortable throughout the session. Loved the overall services and it's worth the price
My dear all, alert alert alert Please don't fall in the trap of rating here..... Most of the reviews are posted by the staff and doctor praising themselves by asking customers that did u post review and when they say no then they post themselves by taking the phone writing their own name and praise themselves. Their treatment is useless and quality of equipment is also pathetic. They just want to sell their products and make u fall for their services by showing they have clients from multi nation and when u don't get results they say results vary person to person and take more sessions, products and services. Moreover the customer care will not respond to u positively when u highlight any issue. I am again telling u all my dear don't fall in trap. U will loose money and time and no results and will regret your decision. And all those who had bad experience here in kaya please share your view on comments to make others aware. Please help others to save their money and time..
Very bad experience here at Kaya Jalandhar. They are money minded people and just looking for selling products and services and the results are pathetic. For example if you go for pigmentation treatment, for completing sessions, instead of decreasing pigmentation it increases to other ares alot and become more dark and you have no choice and they are again ready to sell you more products and treatment plans. Just wastage of money. I came here for treatment after reading these reviews and now I found out all these are fake fake fake. Just manipulating us to get customer money.....
My experience with Kaya Clinic was awesome...Dr.Smitha has a good hand on experience in providing all the services..I think she is the best skin doctor in Jalandhar..All the Staff members here are also very good...
