My mother started treatment for diabetes, Dr. Suraj Kodak put her at ease from our very first interaction. She was on insulin but now her sugar is in control and she have to take only 1 tablet for diabetes. I was also hospitalized in Kasturba hospital for food poisoning. All doctors and staff, are very helpful and cooperative. We have received a good quality care and treatment all the time. I m thankful to Dr Suraj kodak and team.

I had an unfortunate stay at Kasturba Hospital that I must share to prevent others from a similar ordeal. Not only was I charged excessively for minimal care, but I was told to extend my stay by two days, despite no improvement in my health. The focus on financial gain overshadowed my well-being throughout my stay. The charges were astronomical and lacked transparency, leaving me shocked and concerned. To make matters worse, I received aggressive calls after discharge, demanding an additional INR 4500 for a blood test. My experience at Kasturba was marked by overcharging, unprofessional billing tactics, and subpar care. I hope others steer clear of this place and find a hospital that values patients over profits. Also the discharge policy is very worst.

Worst managed hospital, sometimes u have to call nurse 2-3 times,no canteen facilities available, and the discharge process is worst. I just won't recommend this hospital to anyone. Also in the room cockroaches were there and in bathroom snails, emergency bell should be near patients bed but it's near door.

First of all I would like to special thanks DR.VIKRAM DOSI taking out of your undoubtedly busy schedule,although you wr not in town you guided us throughout the process... and finally recommended to get operated in Kasturba hospital Great experience as a first timer.I barely waited to be helped when I checked in Dr.SWAPNIL MARKAD who operated my surgery has really put me at ease by his skills and for being so professional.The best part I liked each and every doctors I met in the entire procedure really took their to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options if needed further. It was a comfortable stay. The ENTIRE STAFF was very concerned and helpful. Very impressed with the ease of the service and counselling given by DR.VAIDEHI.. Overall a great experience. Keep up the good work TEAM... I am very happyto have found a primary care physician that I feel I can trust and connect with KASTURBA

I just got vaccinated today from this hospital and the staff were really nice ..I was scared at first about the shot and how are they gonna give it to me but as soon as they gave me the shot i didn't even felt the pain !! They really have an great hospitality!!!
