And It gave me so much of new insights in terms of personal health and overall wellbeing. I'm sure that I became more healthy, calm, and quality human by going through this yoga program. I did 300-hour Yoga ATTC from Karuna Yoga Vidya Peetham.A great place to learn TTC. Highly experienced teaching faculty who pay personal attention during the entire course. Learning under the able guidance of Dr. Karuna Murthy Sir is a wonderful experience. His dedication towards teaching, attention to detail and patience is commendable. I attended a 200Hour Yoga Teacher Training program with Karuna Yoga Vidhya Peetham in their JP Nagar yoga studio. This Yoga studio is located at a peaceful place, just opposite to the temple which gives a positive vibe immediately as we enter the studio space. Dr. Karuna Murthy sir and Dr. Rathi Rao have extensive knowledge and are highly skilled in Yoga, Philosophy, Alignment, Physiology, and spirituality. He thought us various kriyas like JalNeti, SutraNeti, Nauli, Shanka Prakshalana, Dhauti, Trataka Kirya etc. He emphasized more on the individual needs of the students, and he guided me Yoga Nidra sessions to improve my sleep. Dr. Rathi Rao's vinyasa flow classes were intensive and pushed us to extend beyond our limits. Through these classes, I came to know my limitations and understood how to overcome them. Her alignment cues were on point and helped us to be good yoga teachers. I am happy that I chose Karuna Yoga Vidhya Peetham for my yoga teacher training program and highly recommend it to any aspiring students.

I recently completed the 2-month Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) with Karuna Yoga Vidhya Preetham, and it was an amazing experience. This TTC offered a vast syllabus that delved deep into the practice of yoga beyond just asana. The theoretical knowledge shared was extensive and provided a solid foundation for understanding the philosophy and principles of yoga. Karuna Sir is an incredible teacher. His expertise in yoga was evident in every class. He was extremely patient and provided personalized instructions to help each of us attain flexibility and progress in our practice. What I also loved was that he pointed out variations and modifications to traditional asanas based on different styles of yoga. This was helpful in making distinctions and understanding the diverse approaches to yoga. In addition to Karuna Sir's classes, I also attended Dr. Rathi Rao's vinyasa sessions as part of the course. These classes were physically challenging and pushed me to explore new boundaries. The vinyasa classes not only improved my strength and stamina but also deepened my understanding of sequencing and the flow of movements in yoga. Overall, my experience with this Yoga TTC was fulfilling. The depth of knowledge, dedicated teaching, and the inclusion of vinyasa classes made it a well-rounded and enriching 2 months.

This is one of the most amazing place that I have came across where u can advance ur yogic path and career goal. It has the top notch instructors in the field who are highly qualified and passionate about teaching and providing back to mankind. Dr karuna Murthy who is pillar to the organisation is a real life motivation and a spiritual Guru. Thanks to his gesture on the most crucial moment that we were able to embark on a new journey of life time.
