I feel like at home in this place. Bilal is the most welcoming host you can imagine and he makes your stay perfect. The house is so well maintained and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The shared bathroom is also very good and clean. There is hot water 24/7. WiFi is working perfectly as well. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinner here and it was delicious. Toast, omelette, jam and tea for breakfast and veg/non-veg food as you like for dinner. They have their own cook who takes care for good food all the time. The property also offers a nice garden and a balcony with a beautiful Mountain View. There is also space to park and even wash the motorbike. Also the price is more than fair, it is really cheap for everything you are offered here. I can only recommend the place without any doubts. If I could I would stay here for a very long time.
Great value home stay with friendly hosts who know how to look after their guests. The room was a great size with views of the snow capped mountains, our bed was firm and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean and the food was delicious. Thank you for a fabulous experience! This was my 1st trip to Kashmir (Srinagar) And the 1st thing I make perfect was to book this karnai resort for staying, Whole family was so friendly and caring, They did good care of us , And owners wife makes tasty breakfast which I will miss in mumbai (specially that omelet) Don't look for bad comments, I don't know why people comment on such a nice people'. Recommend to go for this property And last but not the least the owners son Adil will make you feel more familiar 10/10 experience alhamdullilah Will visit again surely in sha Allah

These people are very mean!! They took the booking from make my trip I made the payment of 8k later they denied for Check-in there manager without any reason kept on screaming. I made an another booking with them they took advance again and on the name of hotel room they gave a hall and a room which was having a common washroom they gave wrong information they pressurized for the payment when we were on the way,I wish I can attach the screenshot of the conversation but there is no function of that!! These people are not trust worthy don't book with them they are greedy they will take you money and won't provide any service..they only trap customers! Trust me it was one of the worst experience with any hotel and that person Mr Ahmad is very greedy!! Never ever give him any money without seeing the rooms he is a lier he didn't even refunded my money and that greedy person was telling me to give more money. Never book with them they are very bad
