Phenomenal experience with beautiful ambience and great service. The karma restaurant is a must try . Good quality and mouth watering food here.
If u get an invitation from karma booking agent and are non member them please avoid as its a trap. Recently i took a stay at karma haveli upon invitation from karma agent and had a very bad experience. Their booking agents Abbas and his manager are cheaters and highly unprofessional. We are family of 4 including 2 kids which we mentioned in booking form yet the agents did not mention in our reservation slip and booking my request under different person's name. So whenever they say, do not trust them and recheck again and again.
After check in, we were given a 8 x 12 ft room, unfit for family and when i asked them for bigger room, they said its for members only which felt like an wanted guest and second class citizen. We were made to pay 750rs for extra mattress unwilling. Even the property manager, Isha is rude and arrogant who has zero hospitality sense but seriously knows how to intimidate. They completely ruined our 3 day family stay and vacation
A wonderful place to stay at the heart of the city. Rooms are small but decent considering the fact that its converted from an old haveli to a hotel. Staff is very cooperative and food is also good.
Super amazing experience. This is 280 years old property, well maintained with cozy atmosphere.
Real Haveli experience. It is 280 year old haveli, as they say. You can see Nahargarh from the haveli. Considering restrictions on modifying the haveli, they have provided pretty decent facilities. Food is costly, but good. Staff is very polite. Daily some regionql program lile Sarangi vaadan, puppet show, Karaoke. Check in time although mentioned 4pm but they accommodate you early upon request. Checkout strictly by 10 or 11 am.
I visited on 26th September, I have been wished with a birthday cake by the managememt ,it was great experience at karma all the staff were very helpful,friendly, professional,rooms were very quite ,peaceful,with all the amenities,you will get a small baori,stopped well,( water pool),with small park with the evening drinks I enjoyed on my birthday, and lots of other things I enjoyed, like live Rajasthani music with dance, tv in lobby, great restaurant good staff delicious food , quite expensive. But delicious ,
