Everything is good I mean some lady staff is really cooperative but after some time when we go to buy another thing they send us to another counter Once u enter no one will guide you after that you have to find your own way toward another counter I mean which counter you have to visit they will just point out & you have to find it One most important thing we came in contact with a male staff in ring section fair look who was so in hurry he didn't even let us decide peacefully which design we like to choose just because of him we got so confused between what we really wanted & we ask for another ring then we find that we for wrong ring & ask him to pick right one then he said ki "ab change nhi hoga" I mean how rude me ulta jwab de skti thi ki aap itni ghai kr rhe sbko sb aapke hisabse chalenge kya but muze seen nhi create krna tha I just said "ha thik hai" At the end Bhai khud dhudka dimang shant rkhke decision lo koi kitna bhi pressurize kre

Good services provided for customers. They have around 20+ employees who attend the customers. They have SIP plans for buying gold where they would pay for 1 EMI for a yearly plan. They sell gold, platinum, silver all of them are hallmarked. Overall good experience.
