Overpriced stuff and old designs tagged as fresh arrivals... dull atmosphere and uncooperative salespersons are not helpful either.

Great collection of clothes.......all brands under one roof.....plus variety of accessories like watches.... perfumes.....belts...etc.....

Very bad customer service and completely rip off.. When u buy stuff from there they will tell u "u can return it and get refund if u don't like" but when u try to return something they will say refund not available.. Better go to wall mall.

I req. everyone not to purchase from kapsons jammu and as they provide very bad quality clothes.same product i purchased from monalisa and and other are in good condition but capsons provided me very bad stuffs

At the time of purchasing they always told if you get defective stuffs you can replace but if you for it they always told company did not approved it and rejects your req...very bad

Really rigid and rediculous policies. Pushing download of an app which barely offers any promised benefits, wasting a huge amount of shopping time. I already had the app downloaded and was ready to share the screenshot of the barcode but the staff made me visit the store in person just to show the same bar code on the app. I see a number of other comments call out uncooperative nature of the staff. Management should really look into this.

Very few outlets in jammu have multiple brands both national and international. You can get international brands like CK, SUPER DRY, NAUTICA. My favourite Jack and Jones is also available. Those who are fond of such brands must visit. Another remarkable thing is that they have wide variety of international perfumes. Lacoste , 212 NY and many more.
