Great experience. Certified trainers. Knows exactly what kind of training you require. After going to this gym i got to know that my leg flexors were tight and shoulders were weak giving me a bad posture. Thanks to Kapil sir for catching up this weakness and started my training plan accordingly.

Pros : good infra, good equipment, clean place, spacious. Cons: 1.bad customer care, told me on call price was negotiable but when I reached there after 8km of driving..told me prices are fixed 2. Too expensive. Expensive than fitness studios in Noida, Delhi. 3. Even gold gyms charge 3k per month. I am not sure what lalaland they are running their center in.Lol
