Kanatal Camp Wildex - Camping in Kanatal, Dhanaulti - Children's camp in Kaudia Range - Tehri Garhwal, India

We sat here to enjoy the sunset. It was a pleasant experience the original sunset point was 200 to 300m above but we took a halt at this camp and the camp caretaker was kind enough to allow us to sit on their porch and enjoy the view.

The view from camp is nice! But staffs are not skilled enough to cater a big group of 25-30 members. They need to be more flexible and agile to the guests requirements. I took my corporate team to this camp for an off-site.....but my overall agenda was not fulfilled as we spent too much time in gathering wood for bonfire, water etc. which i think very common and basic things. Food was good.

The place is good for nature lover. You can explore outdoor activities present at local camping site. Also we have an option for jungle safari. #Forest_Therapy

The service provided them was average, though a lot of activities were listed in their itinerary but they are just on paper and they will only provide when you insist them the most otherwise they will just let it go.Food was great no doubt about that, one star is extra given only because of their food

Just opposite mahindra club is the entry of the trek where entry fees is rs.20/- . Parking also available. After about trek of 1.5 km , beautiful scenic view of white mountain ranges can be seen where one can relax , calm down in natures peace . After that there is a trek into the woods for about 6km . Overall , it's a small adventure one can go for ! One star less as crazy humans have spoilt beauty by littering garbage .

We were 27 people and the arrangement was not good at all. The staff was very rude and uncooperative. The bon fire place was not appropriate for 27 people and the seat arrangement was also not properly done, few members didn't get seat to sit. They don't have the idea how barbeque served. Activities were ok, they don't have much activities. Yes, the location was good but they need to learn how hospitality industry work.

the location is just awesome but the staff behaviour was not upto the mark and also the basic services were not available when i reached there. Forget about the welcome drink, i was not offered even water at the arrival. Tents were messy with messier bed sheets. Poor lighting and in most tents I noticed that the tent was not in shape as i was not able to zip the washroom area.

Very nice & great place to stay in Kanatal!!! The hospitality is great and staying in the Swiss Tents in freezing temperatures is a new experiences for me!!! Also waking up for morning chai is quite an interesting thing to do in the early morning time!!!
