Old building but good people residing...
A residential apartment with big corridors and no common walls between flats. Gap between each flat is one attraction.Plenty of ventilation.A venture by Kanakadhara builders who builds for government ventures also like ESI buildings etc.
Maintainance is one of the drawback to the apartments. There will be no one who takes care and responsibility for the issues. Maintainence team shows the favouritism to owners and no equality to tenants. Other than that affordable rents and good place to live.
It's a residential Apartment near Saket Building. Some around 200 flats available in this apartment. Very spacious corridors and huge parking space available for 2 & 4 wheelers.
