Janapriya Lakefront - Apartment building in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

Please for heaven sake don't take flat in Janapriya. I have booked the flat in Oct 2018 and they promised me to handover the flat in the month of March 2020. But to the surprise till date(23.09.2023) they didn't handover the flat and also even after registration done(14.09.2023), they are not responding.

Won't recommend to anyone. The worst management. I have taken a flat using a bank loan. Without meeting the required construction milestone they want bank to release the loan amount. And for their own mistake they are threatening to cancel my booking 3 years after the agreement of sale. Even they didn't honor cashbacks they promised too saying stupid reasons. I regret choosing Janapriya.

Extremely poor quality builder. I have purchased a flat in C2 block (one of the early bookings) way back in 2009. In retrospect this probably will be my worst decision to have brought a flat here. All the commitments made by the builder regarding the quality and amenities have not been fulfilled despite 13 years of handover. We have formed the apartment association and have been taking up all long outstanding commitments with the builder but to no avail. I guess the final option left now is to take up legal action against the Janapriya builders and co. We as residents are now exploring this legal option. I request any potential buyers exploring Janapriya to visit his completed projects, speak to residents before booking with this builder. Personally would not suggest anyone to book property with this builder based on my and the current residents experience,

I don't consider this as a gated community at all. Apart from living area there is no amenities at all. Rainy season will be the nightmare for residents. I feel looking for other ventures is better than buying the property here to get a better living life. Finally I consider this as a Government quarters but not a gated community. Think twice before buy.

I visited last Friday after seeing ad in newspaper. The sales guy offered 2L discount and said it can be reduced further when you close the deal. I went there on Sunday to book the flat, forget about discount they increased rate card by 50 per sqft and spoke very rashly by the same sales guy. it's like cheating people with false promises and no courtesy towards customers. When we came out of the marketing office, residents were having meeting with Janapriya staff and they started telling us all the issues. Definitely not a good option to buy here..

This is to prospective buyer, never ever think of buying flats in Jana Priya lake front. One of the worst apartment I have seen as far as quality is concern. Project started way back in 2009 and now we are in 2018, almost 10 year. Still project is not completed. Major issues - Almost all the 300 flats have either Bathroom leakage or external leakage ( rain water) since beginning. Even after 10 year no amenities provided. Fixture ( doors , window panel , bathroom fittings) fitted inside the flats are too low quality.

Look like builder is taking the name and contact details of the flat owner and doing the match fixing. For the kind information, it is not only the issue of an individual, but to understand that it is the concern of entire venture. Without addressing the entire community issues the builder just dragged more than 9 years without completing the project in fullfludge.

Supemarket, Children's play area. Toddlers play area. Structure of Building. Parking no painting no lights. Lifts not working year long.thid is not my First Flat . I have other properties in different states. However this is the Worst of all. Please do the needful. I will be compelled to take Legal Action. Enough requests have been made.Now time to react.
