We reached the shop around 7.15pm. I was specifically searching for flat back earrings which aren't available in the north. This jewellery trip to south was planned only to source those flat back ones z The staff didn't seem interested in helping us. We were passed off from one to another thrice. There was a point where when I asked to see diamond earrings, and I was told it would be 20k and above. I told the guy that he need not worry about my spend and if he can just show me what he has. In the diamond section I was disappointed with the collection and when I mentioned it to another sales guy, he said there's so much variety downstairs. Once again we went down and we finally selected something from their very limited variety. It was a bad experience. Honestly I was hard pressed for these flat neck earrings. I usually shop at Kalyan in Delhi, and the service is great. But in Kochi it was a bad experience.

Very bad staffs, when we went to purchase gold, the staffs hesitated to show us more of the collection, they said that they will do all the design on WhatsApp, they took our number, so we left there and went to Nakshatra to purchase.
