Kalyan Jewellers India Limited - Jewelry store in Kurnool - Kurnool, India

On my Birthday, i visited for this store 3rd time, we purchased here Bracelet, which is too good and beautiful in design, mainly i like here is the treating staff members with their customers. . It's superb i can say. The best show room and they offered us and they will choose for u in case if we are confuses between item and prices... But whenever i visit kalyan jewellers i got positive vibes... The best show room in Kurnool city....

i think i should not even give this 1 star, because of no 0 i given this. i visited twice this store but when costumer enters the showroom not even a single person receives ,even when i ask also they are in kind of busy . If every one is busy then why the heck you guys opened store for? i think management needs to train their staff including managers,they don't care about costumers. Once tel your staff to go and visit the branded showroom how they respect and receive costumers, very shame on you and i never visit your showrrom in my life

Nobody attended while I was waiting at the counter. Upon asking twice, finally somebody attended. Sales person showed few items and later refused to show more and asked me to do selection by looking through glass counter. He said it is company policy not to let customer inspect the items they buy. I walked out of the show room and he seem least bothered.

It is near to the konda reddy fort in kurnool....Its the place where you can find variety models of gold ornaments...etc..the shopping mall is very neat and clean with good customer receiving service...and one of the important thing to know...is parking lot to vehicles is available in that busy city of kurnool .....it is comfort to do shopping with good service.....

Employees response not good, they treated not fair, they didnt show variety models, me and my clique went for kalyan jewelry buy a ring, coustomer support not good They treated rich Customers good, we decided to leave the store and same day purchased ring in khajana jewelry My suggestion is every coustomer important to us dont loose coustomers

I joined 11 month gold scheme. They said I would benefit 6500 through it. They mentioned payment can be done via person who will collect money coming to our house. This person didn't visited us regularly and we ended up losing the benefit.

Good at collection of various jewellery items. Designer jewellery is available at this place. They are having gold saving scheme with benefits. Choosing 2 star for not maintain well environment. They are good with customers but they are unable to maintain AC properly. Customers felt very hot inside the hall. They have broken AC and they are not supposed to switch on fans. Finally, to purchase gold armament visit this but not spend more time inside. U can't handle the temperature.
