Kalos gym has decent space and equipments. Its worth for the money you pay. I definitely suggest beginners for personal training with Siddharth. I took personal training from Siddharth for three months who is very professional and motivates to push the limit to reach my goal. He focuses on forms and guides perfectly. Very importantly he gives his 100% to each and everyone in the gym . Since I am a beginner, he has been making sure to provide me workouts which has been helping me get stronger.
Trainer is too good and guide for the exercises. Few benches and cycling machines are bit old so I think those need to be replace.

Overall gym is good, with good space. I really feel that this Gym needs to upgrade with latest equipments.
This is a great place for work out. Equipment are in good condition. They are maintaining a good and hygienic environment inside the gym. I'm performing my work out under the guidance of Sidhrath my personal trainer and within 2 months I can feel the changes.
