No one attended us, sales girl and boy was standing free. Despite of repeated calling they didn't ask us to wait or sit or anything.
Extremely unprofessional and untrained.
We waited for approximately 20 minutes to be attended, but no one did.
Disappointed.
They cheated me and took 2000 rs extra. For 1.430 gm gold they took 9100rs which idea the rate of 2gm gold . At that time i didn't understand and paid the whole money and they are refusing to listen my problem. Had the worst experience ever.
When I visited, there were very few collections. The interior is good but they must bring new collections in the store. The behaviour of the staff was also good but they need more coordination with each other.
The employer of Kalika Jewellers who dealing me are good. They are helping me and explain me very well about the fine bill (gold price, making charge, GST and also discount).
The sales person are extremely helpful in making the cx choose. The person who sits at the counter is so sweet. The interior is wel polished butbthe ambience is a bit low end due to COVID.
Counter service is well.
Interior design and air-conditioning is well.
Required some waiting areas with sitting facilities for visitors.
Service to the customers are good.
Visited this showroom on 13th Nov 2020 on the occasions of Dhanteras. Was pretty crowded. Collections were nice. You can get varitey of gold jewelries.
Making charges is high (>15%). They don't have any machines to check the purity of gold.
