Shopping experience was pretty unpleasant, they have multiple attendants attend customer making the business suspicious. I was attended by 6 people, sales man exhibiting the dress, another packing the dress once i confirmed (felt he alters the price tag, as I chose a dress worth 4K+ but, later found it to be billed as 6K+), another attendant scanning the rate tags (I was billed for 5 sarees while i purchased 4 sarees) meanwhile 2 attendants at cash counter were distracting me asking about the mode of payment, lastly the delivery guy (possibly exchanged the purchased dress). When i confronted the bill discrepancy, as the bill was handed only after full payment (thankfully noticed before exiting) neither the cashier nor the scanning attendant were apologetic, but were casual. I would recommend the customers visiting this place to be highly vigilant and attentive.

My family and our family friends had the worst experience at kalamandir ! They say you can exchange but when you take for exchange for legible reasons like size issues, they said they can't exchange !! And the employees working there are very irresponsibe, rash and mannerless. They have some time like after 7pm they will be closing all the computer data so they won't take any returns from 7pm which was nowhere mentioned on the bill or the package, if mentioned, customers like us who come from 250km away wouldn't take the pain to travel to the shop !! They didn't even consider that we came from so far.. and the manager was like no problem if you don't shop here hereafter ! after this incident I swear I'm never gonna visit the shop or recommend anyone to.
I had a really bad shopping experience at Kalamandir, Secunderabad... The saree that I purchased had a defect and instead of analyzing the situation, the manager started arguing... He even went to extend of saying that you should have draped the entire saree before buying it... The worst shopping experience I believe ever had :(
