honest review after 3 months of training. 1)Gym trainers were well knowledgeable and guided throughout the sessions. 2)the equipments are very well calibrated and most of the equipments are unique which gives perfect posture position to body. 3) agenda of the day will be delivered to our mobile in watsapp as a message which gives complete workout for the body. 4) many of the gym owners or just owners but here the owner will do workout with the customers.

Very Good Ambience to workout and especially, I will thank Mr Karthik bro who keeps motivating me everyday and the equipments are superbly maintained. Will suggest most of people to join this Gym to get into a fitness lifestyle.

I had a great experience at this gym. The Trainers was friendly and knowledgeable, the equipment was in great condition, and the atmosphere was energising. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to get fit.

It's been several month here and i am really enjoying the body sculpt program. The staff and trainers are very warm and welcoming people. We have interacted with most of the trainers and know that they are all very knowledgeable in fitness. We are looking forward to getting fitter and healthier. A crew of well dedicated fitness professionals and their friendly approach, tailor made fitness routines and follow ups even for general fitness member like me helps a lot and creates an impact on coming continuously to the gym. This place has more love for gym life than business. Good location, good trainers and well maintained equipments. Best part is, they give you diet plan and workout for the day at sharp 5am. The fees is affordable as well! Because of all these pros, gym is quiet crowded in the evenings but that's never a problem. Keep up the good work!

First of all good ambience which makes me a good atmosphere. Second the trainers were well equipped with muscles which acts as a motivation to me, they encourage me to do the exercises to the maximum.
