Doesn't follow up when fault is found with equipment installation. After nine separate phone calls, person answering the phone tells me that three follow ups conducted by them were deemed sufficient. They are doing us a favour by visiting to correct mistakes made, even if we call back promptly within fifteen minutes. Customer service attitude lacking, inability to meet commitments when given.
