Celebrated my kids birthday...pricing is all fair but the workers act like they own the place...they wouldn't even give balloons to the kids...which we paid for....

Had a good birthday celebration all the guests enjoyed the party thank you jumping jack n the entire team for making my daughter's birthday so special

Waste of 300rs as non of mashine were not working.i felt like taking my kid to park was worth rather then playing in jumping Jack's.

Kids loved the place however the staff needs to be more friendly.

The place is clean. They have 3 - 4 ladies to attend. We visited on Saturday and Sunday. It was not very crowded and it's 350 per hour per kid. It had a couple of things for kids to stay busy for 1 - 2 hours. Artificial sand, ball guns, trail and slides. But felt a bit expensive for that place. There are few tables and chairs with some snacks for parents and kids. So good option for parents to leave kids and do an hour shopping in below floors.

It was extremely disappointing and unacceptable behavior from the attendant/care taker exhibiting rude and bad behavior towards parents for the yesterday Christmas events organised at Jumping Jack. This type is behavior not only create negative experience for customers reflecting poorly attitude and total dissatisfaction for the parents. Yesterday event was only meant for making money and nothing more. Request to owner to educate your employees how to treat each customer with utmost respect and care towards their children. It was the worst experience till date as were the regular visitors but with the yesterday's behavior it has put an end for us to stop visiting the Jumping Jack....

The Birthday package is at a high cost with very poor quality food No extra material available dey can't provide one extra burger Oreo milkshake is water milkshake d quantity is very less dey provided half glass Oreo shake no extra plate nothing available to drink water dey don even provide paper cups no water facility too worst n Slow service zero management .

A wonderful positive environment.Amazing school , staff is loving ,friendly and does a wonderful job of taking care and teaching the kids.i must say very professional indeed.Highly recommend this place .A beautiful place for children to grow and develop. Great job !!!!!!
