We picked this guesthouse as our homebase in Leh and kept coming back whenever we were in town. The owner who lives in the same house is a very kind person, always smiling and making sure we'd have everything we needed. Over the course of 4 weeks we stayed in different rooms, each of the sparkling clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the huge windows and the tibetan tables that offered a lovely seating area inside the room. The bed is comfortable while not too soft and the linen always smelled amazing. Outside there is a small garden with seating available as well as tea. Wifi was available inside all the rooms we stayed in, speed probably depends on how many people use it at that moment. The shower is hot during the day with good water pressure. There are many different types of room available (with/without bathroom, family room and so on) at different prices. Therefore all needs can be met. Just step by, ask for a room and see for yourself. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Ladakh.
Rooms were good for the price. The service is very good and they even gave us a garage to park our bikes safely. Talking about the location, we will wake up with the sound of streams and you know how beautiful it was
A very comfortable place with the most wonderful host. We arrived unexpectedly late at night, and no formalities, passports or payments were expected from us; we were shown directly to the warm room, hot drinking water was provided and the owner wished a good night. We felt truly at home for the entire stay.
I had an exceptional stay at Julay Guest House in Leh. From the warm hospitality to the cozy ambiance, it exceeded my expectations. The host - Mrs Fathima was gracious and made me feel like family, providing guidance and local insights. The picturesque surroundings and traditional Ladakhi architecture added to the immersive experience. The spacious, clean room and attached bathroom were perfect. Their assistance in planning my itinerary enhanced my exploration of Leh. There is warm water to drink and geyser available 24x7 for hot water. The homestay's location offered both convenience and tranquility in a budget. Overall, it was an unforgettable and authentic experience. Highly recommended!
We just love this guest house! It is very close to the main market but in a quiet street. Rooms are all well furnished and decorated, very comfy, clean and they make you feel at home and you don't want to leave them! The woman who runs the place is just so kind, always smiling and helping you when you need it. She is so so nice. There is also hot drinking water all day long with black tea and coffee so you can enjoy a hot drink in the little garden. We just love this place and we can't recommend it enough. Thank you so much for everything! We loved living here for almost 2 weeks!
Charmingly place with lovely details, amazing clean rooms, homely atmosphere and super caring and helpful owners. The location is very close to the main market but in a quiet area. We loved to sit in the garden while drinking a cup of coffee or tea. We didn't plan to stay longer but finally we stayed for one week. Thank you for the nice stay. We felt very welcome and can highly recommend this guesthouse!

"best price, best cars and best drivers!" After searching and negotiating multiple vendors online, we landed up with Ladakh Adventures. I want to highlight that it was a girls only trip from 7-11 September. My mother and I were felt very comfortable
Great service. Very reliable bike. I took 3 tours: Ladakh (1300km)- Jammu & Kashmir (2000km) - Manali (1000km) with the same Himalayan (LA 02 - 8511) without having any problems during the 3 trips. I highly recommend WildYak and this particular bike.
This trip to Ladhak curated by Thinlay at Gatpo alongside Kevin, was the best one I've experienced yet. It wasn't your regular tour that includes only touristy places but one that was whole some. They painstakingly included offbeat places like remote
