So disappointed with the services of juice salon. Went in this afternoon to get my hair blow dried. I didnt have an appointment but they had a hair stylist who was free so I got it done immediately. When she started blow drying my hair I noticed she didnt use any heat protectant and was taking long sections in order to get it done asap! She also didnt brush my hair before blowdrying which is why at many points my hair was being pulled and broken. When the blow dry was done I notices the back of my hair was still wet and I called her out on that to which she said "Oh I missed an entire section." That is so unprofessional. I was still willing to let it go because after telling her she was doing the job but now that I have come home I have realized that because she was in such a hurry to get the job done, she has not properly blow dried the bottom of my hair and they have started frizzing in less than 20 mins after the session. If you guys dont have the time then you should have just asked me to come some other time instead of doing such a shady job. Also the supervisor was literally outside the salon the whole time talking on the phone and not paying attention what is going on inside. I highly recommend H2O salon in Baner which is at least worth the money and the hair stylists pay proper attention to ever customer. Never going here again!
