Very good location to stay at BHUBANESWAR. I ve a chance to visit inside the complex and see in detail of facilities available as one of my near and dear have a flat in the complex. All the flats are well built and well planned. Lift is available with provision of parking , water and electricity 24 hours. Main entrance is guarded by well trained security guards. After possession of all flats by its owners, it will be wonderful place to live. It has swimming pool and a big pandal where social events can be organised.other such big projects are also being constructed near to it and after their completion, u think that place will be as small city in itself.
Good for short stays! But remember to bring your own paper plates and disposables as it does not provide glass and plates! Area of Improvement: 1. Needs to provide glass and plates at least to guests so that they can have food and water as zomato guys do not bring it usually which it definitely will as it is a new set up 2. Little Improvement needed in cleanliness 3. A wardrobe or a hanger is required to keep your clothes.

nice room but no tv . a little far off from city around 10-12 kms from lingraj temple and 4-5 km from udaygiri also keep in mind this is a 3 bhk converted into guest house in a society overall best value for money (cheap + amazing location)
This is not a hotel. It is very far from SUM hospital. It was not properly clean and not safe for family. No food was available. No room service was there. On dabha was near but was not good for breakfast and dinner. I will never suggest anyone stay there.

Best part is from the roof of the apartment you can see beautiful sunset. It's in the outskirts of Bhubaneswar. In 3-4 km radius you'll have a medical hospital SUM. Near about 30-45 min you'll get an airport.
