Beautiful place to see migratory birds in winter

A place with full of predominant weed bed and swampy habitat facilitate weed bed birds and variety of others birds. You can go here from Tollygunge metro, where you can find direct bus to this place. No metro route is available till now because the new metro is under construction. It is a good place for birding.

The place is wonderful for it's scenic beauty and it has an amazing landscape. A best place for nature lovers and photographers. And yes it's one of the best picnic spots too in southern flanks of Kolkata and the roads are also well maintined. Only problem is there are no transport facilities. So you are surely gonna take your bike and revv down the streets to the Joka Birding Area.
