We are extremely thankful to Dr Johal for the extensive support and guidance he had provided in treatment of our father. My father was taken well care off, nursing staff is very cooperative, special mention for nurse Anjali and Monica who were very supportive. Cleanliness is also up to the mark. Recently my aunt underwent plate removal surgery and we went to Johal hospital situated at Rama Mandi. They did the all treatments very well. Dr B.S. Johal himself is very well spoken and concerned person. The hospital is very good and has all the necessary facilities that a patient wants for medical care. The staff is very understanding and helpful and always available for all your needs. The rooms are clean and spacious. The cleaning staff do visit on regular intervals to clean the room . The food is also good and healthy with proper quality and quantity.
My 1 week experience at this hospital is far enough good than better. Nursing members and doctors are well connected to the patients. All the things are good. But here ,One thing I want to suggest that there should be a nurse feedback system. Well everything is fine.
