Lovely picturesque! You can look into the Airport Tarmac , good place for morning walks and jogging. You can enjoy the light breeze and a stroll at the park then wrap it up with a hot tea at the end.
On the top of a hillock near the Secretariat this small park is really for the Joggers in the true sense of the term. It offers a great view of Bir Savarkar International Airport as well as the city of Port Blair. The well decorated park has so many varieties of flowers and plants. To sit here in leisure, specially in the evening, is a great experience. There is small tea stall to quench thirst.
Clean, nature-oriented and beautiful place. Must visit for walking/pet-walking, jogging, exercising and spending time with family. Would recommend.
One of the most beautiful places in Port Blair, if you are an avgeek like me, you sure will like the Runway view of the Veer Savarkar International Airport. You can see the planes landing and taking off pretty clear. The wind blows cool here, which really feels nice considering the weather is hot in this part of country. Park is clean and nice and well maintained. Ample Parking Space is there to park vehicles. All in all, a must visit place in Port Blair.
It's a very beautiful place. There is a lot of equipment for exercises. Also the view from this park is amazing. In the evening, you can see a clear sky along with the night view of Port Blair airport and city. Also there is a food stall outside the park. So you can easily spend your time in the park.
Extraordinary sight of veer savarkar international airport. The park is at a higher place but there is no issue of parking of vehicles. Children especially loved this place. A small gym is attracting the kids.
Awesome view from here. U can see the flight landing and take off in very close proximity. Many peoples walk here and there is an open mini Gym with normal workout. U must visit this place.
Sunset from Jogger's Park is a visual delight. The place is very clean and well-maintained. The runwayd of the Port Blair airport can be seen from here. With winding roads around, a beautiful sunrise or sunset and a clear sky, walking or jogging here is bound to be a very healthy exercise.
