It's a fairly spacious gym to plan your workout. I took a demo for zumba classes with Manoj sir who was very good with zumba. I found the workout floor, washroom is not very clean and hygienic and I mentioned the same to the staff. Also they have a quite stubborn policy of membership you cannot freeze the membership at any cost! Be it a health issue, menstrual issue, personal issue or anything! I feel for a good and healthy body a positive and empathetic mindset is also important. That is something lacking here.

This is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air conditioned, Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. The staff were great ! was a good range of free weights and different cardio bits - really really impressed with the facilities! Will definitely be back
