Anu is a very knowledgeable yoga instructor. She takes her time to understand what issues you are having and teaches you exercises/ yoga poses to address those. She is very easy to talk to and has a warm personality, at the same time she will encourage you during exercise to give your best. I had issue with my knee when I started working out with her, slowly with her help and workouts she made me do, my knee is in a much better state. I would recommend her anytime.
