So our jio fiber is showing red blinking light from Saturday night we called customer care number they said we will send someone tommorow only this follows till Wednesday everyday they said same thing. They talk like robot we say what if nobody come they say no no they will come same answers everyday Yesterday they said your complaint has been resolved I told them it hasn't nobody has even called then they said some one for sure will come in evening then I called them in evening they said there is some problem in you area that no technician is coming but I have 5 contact number of technical they said please call at customer care then we can come. After numerous calls after wasting so many time of us everyday nobody has come yet. We even tweeted the jio they said same thing you are our priority we will solve the problem but no effort at all. Today we called customer care they said today for sure one person will come. They just say like robots no answer on questions like when will they come, what if they don't come etc. So here we are after 6 days of endless calls, us being their priority , no problem has been solved yet no efforts are shown still. Also we haven't talked about the money yet we pay bills for 1 month in that 1 month the wifi is not even working for 7 days and counting so what the money we pay them. Such a bad service by jio people if they can't provide services then why even bother. So we are today going to jio office ourselves hopefully get help. What about wasting our time everyday.

Pathetic service. Requests pendings since months and nobody is showing up. The jio managers of the area not picking up the call. The jio customer care is the most Useless customer care, they dont give any resolution at all.

I had worst experience with Jio fiber even when i am sitting next to Router with 100 MBPS speed plan sometimes i am not able to send what's app message. when i call Service guy they will say ut will get resolved in some time and everyday same issue

If I had option with - stars then I will give a -1000 star because the services of the jio customer care is worst. From the last previous month I am calling customer care and their speak person Mr Bheem Singh who Subhash Nagar area manager he is regularly disconnect my call they are not answering me properly. Request to all new customer please don't use this work services from jio . You should go with the and other options of similar companies but don't go with jio.

Service is good. But please keep in mind 4:00 PM is their tea time. The whole staff goes for tea break keeping all the customer waiting. :D

Third class service support if there is any issue wait for lots of days and may be months to resolve Airtel is far better than Jio never go for it

Reliace JioFiber broadband was installed at my residence on 16.09.2020.For initial 2-3 days,everything ran smoothly but soon afterwards,the problem of call drops started.Since last 02 days,Jiocall app is not functioning on my RMN(Samsung Galaxy M30 and whose software is upto date) although it is working on my alternate phone(Redmi Note8).The local technical team of JioFiber has tried it's best but could not resolve the issue and has raised its hands in despair.I don't know whom to approach for solution.Its surprising that Reliance JioFiber could not solve this seemingly simple issue. ..B S LATHI..

Very poor service. For just 5min of task you have to wait for more than 2 hours. Employees are not helping much and not knowing many things.
