Jhinkra Waterfall - Tourist attraction in Camp of Balani - Kendujhar, India

One of the best spots around Barbil. After a few metres of walking, on a relatively easy gradient, through dense forest canopy and narrow drain like streams approximately 100 metres from vehicle parking area, one will reach this beautiful heavenly site. The multiple streams of water falling down the entire length of 60/70 feet steep vertical rocky wall is enchanting and captivating to watch. Moreover, the water droplets atomising and soaking the visitors and sometimes forming rainbows is an added value addition. The falling water wall in flat pool is suitable for taking a safe bath for willing persons. The spot has a low sunlight due to partial overhead canopy which gives it a dreamy look and feel. Overall an excellent spot for spending some time with the near and dear ones. Highly recommended.

Beautiful natural surroundings. The falls are within the forest and hill. The path leading to it is a bit of trekking through lush green vegetation. One bad thing is the filthy waste deposits caused by travellers. Local villagers may be involved to form a self-help group and maintain the place.

The most beautiful view comes after the hardest climb. You have to climb for 15-20 minutes through a trail. Gradient is not much.

It's a beautiful waterfall in bolani. The waterfall is inside the forest which makes it more beautiful. The place was so peaceful that I can sit there for the whole day and enjoy the view. It's a perfect picnic spot.If govt would take initiative then one day it will become a beautiful tourist attraction.

Great place in balani, near barbil, Keonjhar. Not so popular but a hidden gem. It has no proper road for communication through bus or something but you can easily go in bikes or cars or park your vehicle a few metres away from it. Must visit in day time. No light facilities for night. But Raw n pure view of jungle n waterfall. You will love to see the waterfall n enjoy.

Mesmerizing experience, a waterfall location in an offbeat secluded place. The highest point of the fall can only be visited if you have a special permit and only 4 wheelers allowed. The permit is needed as it is within the boundaries of ore mine. However, if you have 2 wheeler, then you can view the lower parts of the falls. Google maps are not dependable completely till now. You might need a local guidance to reach the point. The path is truly adventurous.
